Low gable-fronted mausoleum built on a rectangular ground plan. Ashlar limestone walls with base plinth having square ope to principal (east) elevation blocked with a limestone slab. Inscription panels to tympanum and lintel. Pitched limestone roof having limestone roll-top ridging. Set within graveyard and to the west of the church.

Built to house the remains of James Young who died January 13th 1863 at the age of 72. Also includes members of the O’Donnell family, two members of which (Emily & Cecilia Margaret O’Donnell) are recorded as having drowned while bathing on the morning of 27th June 1873.
