A Gothic Revival mausoleum built of brown sandstone with Portland stone dressings and a slate fishscale roof. The wooden door is treated like a plate traceried window, with two cusped lancets and a quatrefoil in the head. These openings are filled with stained glass partially protected by decorative bronze grilles. There are also three stained glass windows in the rear wall, one of which is broken.
