And of her mother Susanna Wallace who died 24th September 1808 aged 59 years. The hoary head is a crown of glory if it be found in the way of righteousness Prov, XVI, 31. We know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens 2nd Cor, V.1.
A second inscription reads 'Here also are interred the childern of John and Susanna Wallace viz.: Mary who died in infancy, 1791, Elizabeth Doherty who died 8th April 1817, Cromwell who died 14th July 1829, John who died 5th January 1852, William who died 26th February 1858'.
