Rendered mausoleum built c.1870 abutting Ballyhemlin Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church to the north-west and the McKelvey Mausoleum to the south-west. Square in plan with a base plinth, smooth rendered walls and a flat roof. Round-headed inscription plaque to the south-east elevation framed by a moulded architrave and cill. Corresponding round-headed niche to the north-east elevation with moulded cill.

The inscription plaque reads ' Sacred to the memory of Rev. Alexander Orr, Minister of Anaghlone and Ballyhemlin, who died 4th of November 1869 aged 71 years. Nancy Porter, his wife, who died 28th of June 1874 aged 76 years. Porter, their eldest son, Minister of Ringwood and of Stabrane, who died 10th of February 1855 aged 29 years. Alexander their youngest son, solicitor, who died 27th February 1853 aged 22 years'.
In overall good condition with some cracking of the render and localised areas of detachment (2003).
