Egyptian-revival style ashlar limestone mausoleum having battered corner piers and pronounced cavetto cornice. Coat of Arms to tympanum with urn and cross finials to apex.

Built to house the remains of Sir Michael O’Loghlen, 1st Baronet. O’Loughlin was a well-respected and accomplished Judge, who when elevated to the Irish Bench as Baron of the Exchequer in 1836, became the first Catholic to sit on the Bench since 1688.
