Gable-fronted mausoleum built on a rectangular footprint having a pitched roof with cross final, channelled rendered walls (significant detachment exposing brick substrate) with trefoil vent to tympanum, square-headed door with projecting key stone inscribed ‘The PRIVATE MAUSOLEUM OF LOUISA NEWCOMB AND GEORGE ROBERT SOUTHGATE OF BARNSBURY’ and a cast-iron door. Detached plaque to side elevation.

Built as the Newcomb and Southgate family mausoleum.
Condition Poor. Much of the render has fallen away to expose the brickwork substrate. The inscription panel for Louise Newcomb has been dislodged from the exterior wall (2019).
