Mausoleum built c.1778. Rectangular in plan having a pseudo-pitched roof of corbelled construction. Round-headed and shouldered inscription plaque to the east elevation.

The inscription plaque reads 'This cemetery built by Hugh Nevin of East Ballywarren contains the remains of his son Thomas Nevin who departed this life the 11th day of March 1778 aged 30 years'.
Open-joints are recorded to areas of exposed rubble construction with extensive blanket moss and plantlife recorded to the roof (2003).
