Gable-fronted mausoleum built c.1920 possibly incorporating part of an earlier structure. Rectangular in plan with a pitched roof. Cement render finish. Square-headed inscription plaque to the north elevation.

The inscripton reads 'Burial place of Mr Johnston of Ballykilbeg. Formerly Mr Brett's burial place'.
