Gable-fronted mausoleum built c.1819. Rectangular in plan with a base plinth, dressed eaves course and raking verges. Random rubble construction expossed in areas where render has failed. Former doorway to the principal elevation (now blocked-up with ashlar masonry). Two inscription plaques to principal elevation. Natural slate to pitched roof.

The inscription plaque reads ' This tomb was erected A.D.1819 by Arthur Innes Esq. of Dromantine in this Parish. In memory of Louisa Henrietta Innes the beloved wife of Arthur Charles Innes of Dromantine, Co. Down died January 27th 1886. I will never leave thee nor forsake thee, Heb XIII 5. The Lord is with thee withersoever thou goest, Josh. I 9'.
Failed render throughout with ivy growth to the south-east elevation. Some chipped, cracked and damaged slates (2003).
