Freestanding mausoleum built on a rectangular ground having pedimented central breakfront to principal (east) elevation and lean-to addition to rear (west elevation). Rubble stone and brick construction (the entire likely to have originally carried a render), having ashlar dressings. Oculus openings to north and south elevations with brick detailing and ashlar keystone. Arched doorway with sidelights to principal elevation. Decorative wrought-iron screen/grills to opes. Hipped natural slate roof on ashlar dressed cornice.
Groin vaulted interior having tiled floor with aediculed marble monuments by David Sheehan and John Houghton set within arched niches.
