An Egyptianate mausoleum built of grey granite with a coved parapet and clasping pilasters with fluted capitals. The entrance is closed by bronze double doors and there is a cross-shaped window in the rear wall.

The name P A ARGENTI is inscribed over the entrance to this mausoleum.
